Stakeholders Feedback System

Ellenki College of engineering and technology systematically gathers structured feedback from multiple stakeholders to support the design and periodic revision of the B.Tech. and M.Tech. syllabi. Inputs are collected on a regular basis from students, faculty members, employers, and alumni to ensure continuous enhancement of the curriculum and overall academic standards.

Feedback Analysis and Action Taken Reports

The institute conducts regular feedback collection on curriculum design and revision from all major stakeholders. Inputs are gathered from Students, Faculty, Employers, and Alumni. The collected feedback is systematically analyzed to derive suggestions for curriculum enhancement, and a detailed analysis report is prepared. Based on the insights received, appropriate measures are implemented and documented in the Action Taken Report (ATR).

Both the feedback analysis and the Action Taken Report are accessible to all stakeholders through the following link:

An effective feedback mechanism is established to continuously enhance the teaching–learning process by engaging all key stakeholders—students, faculty, employers, and alumni. Student feedback is collected through a structured questionnaire focusing on the curriculum and teaching–learning practices. Feedback from faculty, employers, and alumni is utilized to identify gaps in the existing curriculum and upgrade it to meet global standards. Inputs from industry professionals also play a crucial role in bridging the gap between academia and industry expectations. All feedback received from stakeholders is carefully reviewed and incorporated during the revision of the syllabus for the respective programs.
