Magic Bus India Foundation Conducts Transformative Training Programmes at Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology
Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology proudly hosted the Magic Bus India Foundation on 29 November 2025 for a comprehensive set of training programmes designed to enhance students’ professional skills and employability.
The sessions focused on four key developmental areas:
1. Life & Employability Skills
Students were trained on essential workplace competencies such as communication, teamwork, adaptability, leadership, goal-setting, and professional behavior. These activities helped students build confidence and understand the expectations of modern workplaces.
2. Cyber Security
The programme highlighted the importance of digital safety, secure internet practices, password protection, cyber awareness, and common online threats. Students gained insights into safeguarding data in an increasingly digital world.
3. Advanced Excel
Hands-on training was provided on essential features of Excel, including formulas, data analysis, dashboards, and productivity tools. This session aimed to strengthen students’ analytical abilities and prepare them for industry-level technical tasks.
4. Spoken English
Through interactive activities, students improved their fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and overall communication skills. This session supported students in becoming more confident and articulate in professional conversations and interviews.
Impact on Students
The training programmes were highly engaging, practical, and aligned with the needs of today’s job market. Students benefited immensely from the real-world examples, interactive tasks, and expert guidance provided by the Magic Bus team.
The initiative significantly contributed to enhancing students’ readiness for internships, placements, and professional growth.
