The Training and Placement Office (TAP) is managed by a dedicated team that oversees every aspect of the placement process. From establishing corporate connections and organizing recruitment drives to handling logistics, pre-placement talks, and final interviews, the TAP team ensures comprehensive support to visiting recruiters. The team’s professionalism and hospitality consistently receive praise from recruiters year after year.
To prepare students for successful placements, the TAP team employs a variety of training methods. This includes Soft Skills, Verbal, Aptitude, and Technical training as part of the Campus Recruitment Training (CRT) program. We also conduct Company-Specific Training sessions before drives to familiarize students with interview formats and procedures. Additionally, mock tests, interviews, and group discussions are organized to provide students with real-world interview experience. To further enrich learning, we invite industry experts and hold Industry Interface Programs, fostering valuable interactions between students and industry leaders.
