Life Skills Based Employment-Linked Programme Conducted Through TASK at Ellenki College of Engineering & Technology

The Training & Placement Cell of Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology, in association with TASK (Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge), organized a Life Skills Based Employment-Linked Programme on campus.

This programme aimed to strengthen the employability skills of students by focusing on essential life skills required in today’s competitive job market. TASK trainers conducted engaging sessions covering:

• Effective communication skills

• Teamwork and leadership

• Problem-solving and decision-making

• Time management and adaptability

• Professional behaviour and workplace readiness

Students actively participated and benefited from the hands-on training, gaining confidence and clarity in career planning.
