The faculty of Ellenki College of Engineering and Technology recently participated in an insightful NBA Awareness Workshop on Outcome-Based Education (OBE) and Accreditation hosted at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU). The workshop aimed to enhance institutional readiness for NBA accreditation by deepening the understanding of OBE principles, which are critical for aligning academic delivery with global educational standards.
The session covered essential aspects of curriculum design, learning outcomes, program-specific objectives, and performance indicators. It emphasized how institutions can measure and improve student learning outcomes through a structured and transparent approach. Ellenki faculty members engaged in discussions and practical exercises to explore how OBE can be effectively implemented in various engineering streams to build a student-centered academic framework.
Participating in this workshop is a step forward in Ellenki’s commitment to continuous improvement in academic quality and institutional excellence. By embracing outcome-based strategies and staying aligned with accreditation standards, Ellenki ensures its students graduate not just with knowledge, but with the skills and competencies needed to thrive in today’s competitive world.
